2 X 4 Mile

Objective : 2 x 4 mile

Recovery : 800 jog in 3 minutes

Keenyans : Me, Greg, Andy, James, Brad, Ockel, Pipp, Ryan, Jen, and Tat

Result :

(5:16 / 5:16 / 5:05 / 5:07)  = 20:44        (5:13 / 5:13 / 5:05 / xxx) = 15:31

Overview :  I was disappointed that I didn't finish the workout.  I felt OK but towards the end I really started to break form.  I like this workout and think I probably need more of this type.  I also think the mileage is catching up a bit.   I also need to get more sleep.  8 hours isn't cutting it right now.  I love the grind of marathon training.

  2. It was tough. Tougher than I expected. Plus, I think it was an off day. I like the energy you bring to the track.
