Overview : I was disappointed that I didn't finish the workout. I felt OK but towards the end I really started to break form. I like this workout and think I probably need more of this type. I also think the mileage is catching up a bit. I also need to get more sleep. 8 hours isn't cutting it right now. I love the grind of marathon training.
