  2. Great race today!!! It was awesome watching you put the hammer down in the second half.....and your last 400m was nasty!

  3. Thanks guys. I think if I run it a bit more even I can get a few more ticks out of it. Racing a mile has got to be one of the most exciting things ever.

  5. Fyffe- I was running the finishing line that meet. You looked good, definitely more in the tank if you choose to run against some sub 4:10 guys at Terrier or Valentine. I think you've got better wheels than you give yourself credit for.

  6. I am seriously considering just that. Originally I had hoped to get in a good 5000 at either one of those meets. Are you going to race then?

  7. I'm sure I'll be racing at Terrier at least, Valentine is kind of either/or because our conference meet is the next weekend. Not sure if I'll be doing 800, 1000, or mile at Terrier, mostly because I'm still rounding back into shape after a really shitty fall. Great job today at Millennium, by the way. If you can run 3:52 there, I'd be shocked if you couldn't run 4:06 at BU.
