Fri - AM 10 (Putney 62 minutes) PM 13 in Burlington(VCM Course)
Sat - AM 13 PM 7
Sun - AM 21 w/ Greg and George Adams
Total - 118 miles

ReplyDeleteMy legs hate me right now. Hopefully I will be able to cash in these miles for a kick ass time at VCM this May. Can't wait to tow the line with you at the 12K. It should be a good one. Last year no BAA runners showed up. This year will be different, so we need to bring our A Game.
