Thu - AM 3 miles treadmill (21:00) PM 11 miles (1:07:52)
Fri - Off (trying to be patient even though it goes against my nature)
Sat - 21 miles w/ 16.75 mile tempo/progression
Sun - 20 miles (2:13)
Total - 91 miles
