Recovery : 200 jog recovery for the quarters, 200 inbetween the 2's and a quarter rest inbetween the 800.

Overview : Glad to be on the track. I was nervous about doing a workout because I really haven't been on it lately. Work stuff. Good work stuff, but damn it sucks to be a grown up. Why can't we all just train, be fast, and always be motivated? Anyway, James is ready and everyone else looks wicked fit. Here's to a fresh start. Let's get it on!
