Recovery : 200 jog recovery (faster than usual)

Overview : Good to see James is looking smooth still. We were going to do 1200's but the Keene guys were there doing quarters so we jumped in. They look pretty good. The speedy recovery that they dictated was tough. Total game changer. This weekend I am going to pace Mark in a 10K after he swims and bikes. It will be a good workout for sure.

Objective : 6 X 400 @ 70 then I did 2 x 2,2,8 with the others
Recovery : 200 jog recovery for the quarters, 200 inbetween the 2's and a quarter rest inbetween the 800.
Keenyans : me, Greg, Josh, James, Andy, Clint, Brad, and Goup

Overview : Glad to be on the track. I was nervous about doing a workout because I really haven't been on it lately. Work stuff. Good work stuff, but damn it sucks to be a grown up. Why can't we all just train, be fast, and always be motivated? Anyway, James is ready and everyone else looks wicked fit. Here's to a fresh start. Let's get it on!
