Nice... you should have gone running earlier in the morning- everything was still frozen for me today.
and it could not come any sooner!! although March is sometimes a teaser so I'm not getting any delusions of grandeur until April.although when you finish a run and it looks like you've shit yourself, that's a good sign of spring.
